We helped BMW and MINI develop a unified, composable digital platform across 24 European markets to streamline content operations, accelerate rollouts, and empower local teams within a consistent brand framework.
Built on Contentful and a headless tech stack, the solution delivered both technological and organisational transformation. From the outset, our consultative and strategic pitch, developed in close partnership with Contentful, positioned TMWX as a guide for both the tech implementation and the cultural shift required.
I led this consultative sales approach, aligning senior stakeholders, shaping the narrative, and building trust.
The project has been featured in Contentful’s case studies, events, and webinars, and it now anchors our composable strategy discussions, unlocking significant opportunities.

FUSE
Brand Strategy, Visual Identity & App Build

We partnered with Fuse, a fintech startup building the first traditional-to-crypto banking platform, to create a full brand from scratch, naming, identity, tone of voice, and deliver a trust-building digital experience across web and app.
In a fast-moving, founder-led pitch, we won by balancing creative instinct with fintech precision, offering brand, UX, and go-to-market strategy in one agile team. I worked closely with the founders to shape the brand’s positioning and commercial goals, ensuring we moved quickly while building long-term confidence.
We launched with a targeted campaign for early adopters, investor decks, and a teaser site, using Fuse internally to showcase our end-to-end startup acceleration capability.
Though still early-stage, the work is gaining attention, featured on “Ones to Watch” lists and tracking toward D&AD and Webby award submissions.

Asahi Europe
EMEA Digital Consolidation

To unify all EMEA brand and territory websites on a single DXP/CMS to improve brand consistency, reduce cloud costs, and enhance UX.
The result was a cohesive, scalable digital platform that lowered overheads and strengthened brand control. Over a seven-month sales process, we introduced Magnolia DXP to Asahi’s Marketing Services Team, validated its scalability with B2B architects and the Czech Dev team, and negotiated a cost-efficient model with a future Cloud path, ultimately demonstrating flexibility and ROI.
I initiated contact with Asahi, led the pitch, demo, and negotiation, and brought in Magnolia experts to tailor support, securing the deal and positioning Magnolia as a strategic partner.
Throughout the process, we offered neutral, expert guidance to agencies, enabled technical success, and ensured a transparent, collaborative environment that built trust and client confidence.


UK Grocer
CMS/DXP Consolidation

A leading UK Grocer, an existing customer, aimed to consolidate multiple CMS/DXP vendors into a single platform, launching a competitive RFP in September 2024.
Over a nine-month process, Magnolia secured the win by demonstrating long-term scalability and overcoming upgrade concerns through a tailored 'Professional Services' roadmap.
I led the engagement end-to-end, from RFP strategy to final negotiations, aligning with Tesco’s procurement, technical, and content teams, and driving a solution that transformed critical customisation roadblocks into a competitive advantage.
We showcased Magnolia’s capabilities to 35+ stakeholders, built trust through proactive remediation, and provided ongoing agency and partner support.
The result was that Magnolia was selected as their consolidated DXP, achieving vendor unification and future-proofing their digital infrastructure.
